About Church on the Street

Welcome to the Church On The Street Website.We are glad to have you, and pray you will be inspired and challenged to reach your city for Jesus. 'The website is part of the 'Glory People' a group of Born Again Christians who are pioneering for Revival in Great Britain and beyond. 'Church On The Street' is about doing exactly what it says in the title - taking church to the streets and bringing Jesus to the people.

Reinnard Bonnke once said:

"God does not sit with sitters but He goes with goers." So lets "Plunder hell, populate Heaven."

We are from different churches, with different ages and different backgrounds, all crazy enough to want to 'go' and do the stuff in the Book. We believe God loves the lost and goes with us. We believe we can make a difference in our generation, being history makers, and not just singing about it. We are not ashamed of the gospel and believe the blood of Jesus can still save to the uttermost .I don't know if you've noticed but not all the whosoever mentioned in the bible come to church. We cant wait for them to come, people need the Lord.

We go out from Basildon once a month to the streets. We fast and pray on a Friday, and then go out on the Saturday. We preach, sing, pray for the sick, share the gospel, and ultimately lead people to Jesus. We see many lives changed and touched by the power of the Holy Ghost; People crying, people shaking, words of knowledge, people healed,people delivered and many Saved praise the Lord. Not in church but in the town where the people are at.

We are not experts or professionals or claim we know it all. We do believe the Lord is bringing a harvest of souls in this end time and we are determined to learn on the job and to have a go.
